It’s a very common question and its quite understandable.
Low season starts from the beginning of October and ends in late March. During winter, especially January and February, all of the sites are quite empty.
So if you are not looking for a white sandy beach in Winter, it’s a good idea to come during that time.
But as Audrey Hepburn said « Paris is always a good idea » !
